Terms of service.

Your Dogs Health & Welfare.

While your dog is in our care, they are our main concern. We will notify you if we notice any pre-existing conditions and it is up to you to seek veterinary care. If an accident happens, then we will notify you and we can take your dog to the nearest vets or you can pick your dog up and take them. If any accidents was our fault, then we will pay for any vet bills and not charge you for the groom.

Pricing.

All of our prices listed are only a guide price. There are many factors of which can alter the pricing such as, severe matting, parasites, behavioural issues and if they are maybe bigger than expected. We, as proffesional groomers, reserve the right to charge what we feel is appropriate for your dog. Ultimately, we charge for the amount of time taken on your dog.

Matted Dogs.

As part of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, the animal is to be protected from pain, suffering, and injury. This means that we will only spend 15 minutes trying to de-matt your dog. If this is not possible then we will clip off your dogs coat. Matts pull on the skin and can cause severe pain and soreness, and the only humane way of elevating this is from shaving them.

Parasites.

If your dog has any form of parasite, such as flea's/ticks/worms, we will add an additional charge of £5 to your groom. This is to cover the cost of flea shampoo and disinfecting/fumigating the salon to protect other clients.

Rudeness won’t be tolerated & Cancellation fee.

Whilst we understand that life can sometimes get in the way, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up to your appointment and have not provided us with 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge you for your missed appointment or to ask for a booking fee in advance. Also, whilst we are quite used to some dogs not behaving very well in the salon, we do not tolerate there humans behaving badly. If you are rude to any staff or do not treat the grounds with respect, you will be asked to leave..
