All the dogs we groom, are groomed to the highest standard and treated like we would treat our own. We always maintain that our equipment is in the highest standard possible and that our salon is the safest it can be.

All of the dogs we groom are given a health check to check for any lumps and bumps or wart’s etc. We will also ask you if there are any health issues that we should know about so that we can keep your dog as comfortable as possible.
Our full groom entails a health check and bonding period, a cleansing shampoo and conditioning treatment, an ear clean (pluck if needed), teeth check, blast and hand dry, styling to owners preference or breed standard (although, sometimes this cannot be done if matting is too severe), brush and trim up, nail clip and spritz of doggy perfume.

We will always try our best to groom your dog with as much love and care as we can, we have experience with nervous, difficult and senior dogs - we will take the time to get to know your dog and try to make the grooming session as enjoyable as we can. We give the dogs lots of breaks with treats, lick mats end enrichment games to help your dog not go over threshold and help alleviate as much stress as we can do. We can groom on a 1-to-1 basis if your dog does not like other dogs. We will only use muzzles and crates if completely necessary for the dogs and our safety. We also have some calming essential oil waxes on the go, pet remedy sprays, dog music and comfy beds and chairs the dogs can relax on.
